Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between UQSR Global Private Limited (“UQSR”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and any individual, company, or organization (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) that requests or uses our certification, inspection, auditing, testing coordination, training, or related services.
By accepting a quotation, signing a service agreement, issuing a purchase order, making payment, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Scope of Services
UQSR Global Private Limited provides professional conformity assessment and related services, including but not limited to:
ISO Management System Certification
First, Second & Third Party Audits
Inspection Services
Training & Capacity Building
Technical Compliance & Verification
Documentation and Consulting Support (where applicable)
The scope of work shall be governed by the accepted quotation, proposal, or service agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete information required for audits and certification.
Grant auditors access to relevant facilities, records, personnel, and processes.
Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Inform UQSR of significant changes affecting the certified management system, including ownership, location, scope, or major operational changes.
Failure to provide required information may result in suspension or delay of services.
4. Fees & Payment Terms
Fees are payable as per the accepted quotation or invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 15 days from the invoice date.
Applicable GST and other statutory taxes shall be charged separately.
Delayed payments may result in suspension of audit activities, withholding of certificates, or cancellation of services.
5. Certification Decision
The completion of an audit does not guarantee certification. Certification is granted only after an independent technical review confirms compliance with the applicable standard and UQSR certification requirements.
UQSR reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or withdraw certification in accordance with its certification procedures.
6. Confidentiality
UQSR shall maintain the confidentiality of all business, technical, and personal information obtained during the course of providing services, except where disclosure is required by law, accreditation bodies, regulatory authorities, or with the Client’s written consent.
7. Intellectual Property
All reports, audit methodologies, certification marks, logos, documents, and intellectual property developed or owned by UQSR remain the exclusive property of UQSR Global Private Limited.
Clients shall not misuse or modify UQSR certificates or certification marks.
8. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Audit dates may be rescheduled with at least 7 working days’ prior written notice.
Cancellation after audit planning may attract reasonable administrative or travel charges.
Non-availability of the Client on scheduled audit dates may require rebooking at additional cost.
9. Limitation of Liability
UQSR’s liability shall be limited to the value of the service fees paid by the Client. Under no circumstances shall UQSR be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or loss of business, profit, reputation, or data arising from the use of its services.
10. Force Majeure
UQSR shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, government restrictions, labor disputes, power failures, or internet disruptions.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
